  • Q: Why Can't I Open a Vacuum Cover?
  • Answer: When you use your machine a lot and don't clean it out, your filter bag can fill up with debris such as mud and sand, and too much debris can cause the vacuum lid to not open perfectly.Please Replace the small suction head to gain leverage and twist it open. If it still cannot be opened, two people can work together to twist it open.
  • Q: Why is the suction weak?
  • A: After turning on the switch, submerge the machine in water so that the water level is submerged past the drain opening of the machine. Wait for the air to be expelled from the machine chamber, making sure that no air bubbles rise to the surface. This will achieve the best results. It is also advisable to lift the brush head slightly to achieve optimum suction at an angle of around 30° to 45°. A flat angle close to the floor will reduce the suction power accordingly.
